About Us
What is FotoJuice?
FotoJuice is a photo printing and photo gift service. You can send us your photos through this site, and order prints and calendars for yourself or your family and friends. We deliver the prints and calendars anywhere in India.
How can I contact FotoJuice?
You are welcome to contact us online if you have any issues regarding your orders, or would like to make a suggestion. You can even contact us by regular mail.
Pricing
What are your charges for printing photos?
These are our full price rates for photo prints and calendars:
You however will pay less than this, depending on the size of your order. So how much will I pay?
We offer a discount percent equal to the dollar value of your order (excluding shipping), up to a maximum of 50%. So a $5 order gets you a 5% discount, a $20 order gets a 20% discount, and so on. We call this "Dollars and Percents" pricing.
How much do I pay if my order is worth $50?
All orders totalling $50 and above get a 50% discount. So a $50 order gets reduced to $25, and a $100 order gets reduced to $50.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in India.
What are your rates for shipping?
Shipping and packing costs are a flat $1.99 anywhere in India.
How long does it take to deliver my photos or calendars?
It normally takes three days for photo prints and four days for calendars to reach your destination, from the time you place your order. Smaller towns may take a day longer.
How do I track order status?
Order status can be tracked through the Track Your Order page.
Uploading Photos
How do I upload my photos?
Use our Flash uploader to upload many photos together. You will need to upgrade to Version 8 of the Flash Player if you haven't already: this is a quick and automatic process, and you will be prompted to do this when you view the Upload page. The FotoJuice Uploader lets you select photos using your normal file explorer. You can even see the photo thumbnails before uploading them, if your system allows you to.
Can I go back and add more photos after I've uploaded them?
Yes. You can upload photos and add orders at any time before you pay.
Ordering
What is an order?
An order is a set of same-size prints or calendars that you want to send to a recipient. If you want to send two different sizes of prints or calendars to the same recipient, you will need to place two orders, but we will charge you shipping just once for this.
And what is a transaction?
A transaction is a set of one or more orders that you place with us, and for which you make a single payment.
Payment
What about my credit card security?
We don't ask you for your credit card number at any time. We use the services of Paypal for processing our orders, and you pay directly on the Paypal site. Paypal is a trusted payment gateway with probably the largest base of users worldwide.
So do I need to sign up with Paypal first?
No, you don't need to register with Paypal to pay with your credit or debit card.
I don't have a US$ credit card. Can I still pay?
Yes. Paypal services are available in several countries - here is a complete list. You can pay with any card that Paypal accepts, and you will automatically be billed in your currency.
I am in India. Can I pay by Paypal and use your services?
Yes, of course - we welcome our local customers! Simply pay using your credit or debit card, and you will be billed in rupees.
Can I cancel an order after I have paid?
Yes. You can cancel an order even after you have paid, if the photos or calendars have not been printed. Please contact us and let us know as soon as you decide to do this. We will refund the full amount to your Paypal account. Normally a full refund will be made, but if any charges are deducted by Paypal, we will inform you of this and refund the balance.
Printing
What materials do you use for printing?
Photos are printed using high quality Kodak Gold or Fuji paper in digital processing labs. Calendars are printed on color laser printers using high quality card stock.
How do the calendars look when they are printed?
We use art card paper for the pages and a transparent plastic sheet to cover the first page. A thin unobtrusive spiral wire is used to bind the pages. The desk calendars have stiff cardboard covered with high quality white alabaster paper for the base. Please view the Learn More page for more information.
How do the photos look when they are printed?
Photos are always printed without any borders. You have the option to specify a matte or glossy finish for each order.
Will my digital photos be cropped when they are printed?
Yes, your photos may be marginally cropped at the top and bottom to fit within the standard print sizes. For instance, if your photo is 1600 x 1200 pixels, a 4” x 6” print will show 1600 x 1067 pixels. About 67 pixels will be cropped from the top and the bottom of the picture.
