FotoJuice is dedicated to maintaining and protecting your privacy. This includes the privacy of both your information and your pictures. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use the information to provide our service to you.

When you place an order with us, we receive and record the email address that you use to pay on the payment gateway website. We do not have access to your credit card number at any time.

When you order prints, we will need the shipping addresses of your recipients.

We may occasionally request information from users through surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary. The information requested may include personal, demographic or attitudinal information. The information collected is used only for improving our service.

Any communication from you, such as form submissions or emails, may be recorded to help us provide better service.

We are committed to keeping your pictures private and secure. We will never make your pictures publicly accessible.

Our team, and third-party service providers helping us fulfill your order, may see your pictures.

We hold pictures for at least 1 month after you place an order and then remove them from our server within 3 months.

We will not use or share the street address of your recipients as part of a mailing list, or to send them further communication. We will send your recipients no more than two emails as a follow up to the order.

Our Web site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Please do not use our services if you are under the age of 13.

We may notify you by email about new features, products and promotions. You may unsubscribe to these notification services by contacting us at any time.

Cookies are small data files stored by your web browser on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies enable you to use our site and services. Fotojuice never saves private information, such as your credit card number, on cookies. You may modify your browser preference to provide you with choices relating to cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, you may not be able to access our service.

Examples of such third-party service providers are our payment gateway, lab partners and shippers. They do not store, retain or access your information except to provide these services to you.

We may share general demographic information about our customers as a group with business partners, sponsors and other third parties. For example, we may say that a certain percentage of our customers lives in the United States, while a different percentage lives in Canada.
